Endava is a global software development and consulting company with 10,000+ employees worldwide, serving clients such as Mastercard, Audi, Cisco, and LEGO. Grigore works as a Senior UX/UI Designer, delivering solutions across financial services, banking, business administration, and transportation. He is currently working on the real-time payments platform, where he leads the UI redesign and builds a scalable, WCAG 2.2 AA–compliant design system.
His latest client project ranked Top 3 in the company’s Design Awards (Accessibility category) out of 109 entries, standing out among 400+ designers. Another project he contributed to received industry recognition, with the client winning “Best Portfolio Management System” at the HFM European Services Awards 2025.
Grigore also participated in the creation of the beeq.design open source design system.
